Succeed in Dating – Why not make him the center of your universe

When you first meet a man and everything is going well, it’s tempting to put everything else in life on hold so that you can spend every free minute with him. But if you want to be successful at dating, this is not the way to create a committed relationship. Read on to find out why you shouldn’t make him the center of your universe if you want this relationship to prove successful. This is how you meet a man and he really shines into you. He’s calling regularly and he can’t wait to see you again. Encouraged by his attention, you wait with your cell phone for all his calls and put yourself at his whim. Then, as time passes, his attention diminishes. His vision seems to be less clear and his calls are getting fewer and fewer. When you try to speak, he becomes distant and withdrawn. Now, with a lot more time on your hands, start analyzing his every action as a wonder that happened to you. Your feelings of loneliness and isolation lead you away from making him the center of your universe. It’s time to make a decision not to make this mistake again.

In life as in everything, balance is key. Of course, it’s tempting to spend every moment with a new man, but that won’t help you be successful in dating. Usually the reason we allow it to take over is our feelings of lack of fulfillment in many other areas of our lives. When we meet a person and start to feel those good feelings, we grab hold of them and we don’t want to let them go. Often we are starved for love and affection. When we have a constant companion, it feels nice because we don’t have to make too much effort to feel fulfilled. However, there is a danger in allowing ourselves to become so dependent on someone, especially at this early stage in a relationship.

As we stop doing all the things that made us interesting in the first place, we will appear less tempting to our new partner. When we give up our friends and usual activities, we talk less and start focusing only on our relationship. We begin to rely on our husband to meet all of our needs. This puts him under the kind of pressure that men find difficult to live with and he begins to look for a way out.

If you are too busy with other activities to see the man in your life too often, he will be fascinated. If you are happy and fulfilled in your own life, and not looking for it to make you happy, you are a very attractive proposition. That’s when you need to be successful at dating. When he wonders what you’re up to and why you’re not immediately available to him, he’ll start missing you, and that’s one of the secrets to making a man fall in love. On the other hand, if you ask either man out, you will come across as desperate and needy. You devalue yourself and become less attractive in the eyes.

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. If it doesn’t work out, you’ll end up lonely and isolated. Be sure to continue with that physical education or other hobbies and stay in touch with your girlfriends regularly. Have the things in life that fulfill you without a man and you will be able to attract an amazing man into your life.

It’s easy to believe that a relationship will provide you with the fulfillment you want, but it won’t. If you are not happy within yourself you are empty and needy and these feelings will surface in your relationship. When you feel fulfilled, you are naturally happier and easier to talk to. This makes you a more attractive person. A man will instinctively know if you expect him to make you happy. Therefore, if you want to be successful at dating, don’t give in to the temptation to make him the center of your universe. Be happy within yourself, enjoy what life has to offer and your relationship will fall into place
